9.25.19 | by Perry Chen | LES, Manhattan – A Small Kitchen Fire broke out on the 17th floor of 100 Pitt St at11:30 AM Wednesday. FDNY responded and extinguished the flames at 12PM. Ladder trucks were ordered to vent the building. One victim refused medical attention and was not transported to the hospital.
