ECHO PARK – One person was transported after a shooting in Echo Park just before 12AM Friday night. LAPD responded to a reports of a shooting at Echo Park Ave and Laguna Ave and found a male victim unconscious and not breathing. LAFD responded and started CPR and transported the victim. One suspect was taken into custody around the corner from the shooting scene.
