LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – A man stole a van that was left running and then hit a woman on a scooter at the intersection of 11th St and Westmoreland in the Pico Union area. The man then was seen running away from the scene. LAFD transported the woman to the hospital in unknown condition. LAPD is investigating the auto theft and hit and run. No further information available.
