POMONA, CALIFORNIA – At 6:54 pm Pomona Pd and Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a gun shot victim at E Phillips Blvd and S Palomares St. Once officers and firefighters arrived on scene they located a victim inside an apartment complex. Officers and firefighters attempted CPR on the victim but the victim did not make it and died on scene. From what the mother was telling the officers, he was shot somewhere outside the apartment complex and ran into the house and said he was shot. Unknown at this time where the shooting took place. Unknown at this time on any suspect or suspects description or vehicle. Pomona Pd will be handling the investigation into the fatal shooting.
