HARLEM, Manhattan – A car sped down Saint Nicholas striking multiple cars starting around 124th street before ending at 125th. The suspect is described as a Black man in his 30s wearing pink tights, jogging shorts, and red high-top sneakers. He fled into transit. There are multiple victims transported in stable condition.
