Early Saturday, a stabbing victim ran southbound on Rampart and collapsed in front of LAPD officers already investigating the scene of the earlier shooting. Officers do not believe the two are related. The Victim of the stabbing said he was stabbed just a block north on Rampart. He was transported to a hospital in unknown condition.
