[LOS ANGLES] LONG BEACH: Shooting Call

At 11:30am Long Beach Police Department and Long Beach Fire Department was dispatched to a shooting with one person down. LBPD arrived on scene and placed one person in custody with another person refusing to come out of a house. LBPD attempted to make entry but pulled back. The situation is still ongoing
