LOS ANGELES: Early Morning Water Main Break

A water main break has Mont Clair St blocked in both directions near 9th Ave & 8th Ave. DWP is in route to shut the water off. It looks like the break is on both sides of the street. Water can be seen from sidewalk to sidewalk. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 6.5
