A man was seriously injured as he was hit by a small SUV and left for dead in an alleyway behind the strip mall on Westminster Blvd. The man was rushed to the hospital in stable condition. The driver whose description is unknown fled the scene leaving the man to fend for his life. Police are asking anyone with information to call the Westminster Police Department.
