*Time* – 0305 *Location* – 8550 Telfair Ave, Sun Valley *Handling Agencies* – LAFD
At approximately 0305, LAFD responded to reports of a house fire with CHP onscene reporting a house on fire. Arriving units found a single story single family dwelling with fire from the rear. Firefighters knocked down the fire in about 10 minutes. No injuries were reported. LAFD is handling the investigation.
