SUN VALLEY: Major Emergency Commercial Fire

At approximately 0023, LAFD responded to multiple reports of a commercial fire in the 8100 Block of San Fernando Road. Arriving units found an approximately 100×200 2 story vacant commercial building with fire and heavy smoke showing. Firefighters forced entry into the building and made an aggressive attack on the fire, knocking it down in about 45 minutes. No injuries were reported. Cause unknown. LAFD is handling the investigation.
