At 2:19 am CHP was travelling west on Katella Ave and saw a hydrant flowing after someone hit it. They called for ORCO Fire and Stanton Sheriff to investigate. The red SUV was travelling east on Katella Ave. and turning north onto Dale St and swerving to avoid a red light runner the driver of the SUV crashed into the fire hydrant, disabling her vehicle.
