SOUTH L.A.: Family Displaced After Fire Destroys Two Homes

A family has been displaced after their home was consumed by heavy smoke from a fire that destroyed two homes under construction early Tuesday morning. First responders were called to 1100 block of East 95th Street around 3:00 AM, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Officials say two homes under construction was fully engulfed when they arrived. Neighbors immediately began doing anything they can to try to put out the flames. The fire can be seen from miles. It’s unclear what caused the fire. No injuries have been reported.
