Per OCFA PIO Tweet Santa Ana Haz-Mat Investigation underway inside the Santa Ana Federal Building at 701 W Santa Ana Blvd. A number of people were exposed and decontamination as well as transporting for evaluation has begun. All patients are exhibiting no symptoms. UPDATE: Substance found was deemed non-threatening and the building has been released back to DHS.
