QUEENS NY – 9.2.20 | by Adam Balhetchet | QUEENS – A pedestrian suffered serious injuries to the legs and may have lost his life. It happened at 1130pm at 32 Ave 51 St. That is when a witness we spoke to stated he saw a male on the roadway not near an intersection, with his legs separated from his body. Multiple people called 911. Upon arrival, EMS performed CPR and rushed the man to an area hospital in critical condition. He may have been pronounced deceased. NYPD highway was on scene conducting a collision investigation. No vehicle was seen on the scene, and it may have been a hit and run by a large heavy vehicle.
