CALIFORNIA, LA VERNE – Sometime after 12:30 am Pomona Pd “Major Crimes Task Force” attempted to pull over a four-door vehicle for driver and passenger not wearing their seatbelts in the south end of Pomona. The vehicle did not stop and a pursuit started northbound on Towne Ave at high speeds. The vehicle continued into multiple cities and ended up crashing in the city of La Verne at E Foothill Blvd and Baseline Rd. The suspects vehicle hit the center divider and then hit a tree and a sign and flipped over multiple times ejecting the driver. Both suspects were transported to Pomona Valley Hospital in critical condition.
