WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA – On Saturday May 8, 2021 West Covina PD was in pursuit of a vehicle for unknown reason in their city. The suspect circled the area of Vincent and San Bernardino Rd before crashing into a tree in the front yard of a residents at N Ellen Dr and E Queenside Dr. The diver fled from the vehicle and was taken into custody down the street. The a passenger was taken into custody inside the vehicle at the scene. Both suspects were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries due to the crash. The driver was found to be on parole. A gun and ammunition was found in the SUV after the crash.
