ALHAMBRA, CALIFORNIA – Sometime after 1:30 AM Ontario PD were in pursuit of a four-door Nissan Sentra in the city of Ontario. Unknown at this time why Ontario PD was in pursuit. The suspect entered the westbound 10 freeway in the city of Ontario and continued all the way to LA County where California Highway Patrol Baldwin Park Station took over the pursuit around the westbound 10 fwy at the 605 freeway. The suspect continued WB 10 fwy at slow speeds of 40 to 60 mph. At one point a pick up truck passed the CHP officers while they were in pursuit and got in front of the suspect’s vehicle and attempted to slow the suspect down and stop the suspect. The pick up truck eventually took off and the pursuit continued. The suspect finally came to a stop westbound 10 freeway just before Atlantic Blvd. After about 10 minutes CHP tried to talk the suspect out of the vehicle. He finally came out and was taken into custody. CHP took the vehicle off at Atlantic. CHP searched the vehicle and found drugs inside the vehicle.
