TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA – A motorcycle was killed during rush hour on a busy street in Torrance. Although LAPD officers were not able to comment on accident due to an ongoing investigation, it appears the driver of the small blue car may have been making an illegal turn into the shopping plaza as crossed the solid double yellow lines.
