SOUTH LA, CALIFORNIA – A man was hit by car and left for dead near the intersection of Vermont Ave and 92nd Street. LAPD called for a canopy thinking it was a fatality, but LAFD arrived and transported the man in grave condition to an area hospital. No vehicle description was made available of the car that struck him. LAPD traffic is investigating the traffic collision.
