RIALTO, CALIFORNIA – On Saturday December 6th, 2020, Rialto Fire and Rialto PD responded to reports of a traffic collision at the intersection of N Willow Ave and W Chaparral St in the City of Rialto. On arrival, first responders located a vehicle that crashed into a fire hydrant and water shooting in the air. The driver fled the scene prior to their arrival. It took some time for fire crews to located the shot-off valve for the hydrant. No injures were reported.
