DALLAS, TEXAS – Officers located a vehicle matching a description of a vehicle involved in an active shooter call in the northwest division of Dallas.
The suspect traveled south into downtown and surrendered just under the I-35E bridge on Commerce Street. All three suspects complied and were detained without incident.
