FONTANA – Friday, August 21, 2020 San Bernardino County Fire and CHP were dispatched to a solo vehicle traffic collision near the intersection of San Bernardino Ave and Banana Ave in the City of Fontana. On arrival, firefighters located four patients, 1 fatal, 1 critical, 2 minor. It appears the sedan hit a concrete block in the middle of the center divided that caused major damage to the sedan. No other information was provided on scene. The crash is under investigation.
