SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – On Thursday April 8, 2021 at approximately 8:20 am San Diego City Fire along with San Diego Police Department were dispatched to the area of Miramar Road cross of Kearney Mesa Road in the city of San Diego.
Emergency units arrived on scene and found a two car traffic collision with major damage to both vehicles. One vehicle was a Chevy flatbed commercial truck and the second vehicle was a small 4 door sedan. The impact was so violent that it sent the engine from the small sedan flying into the bushes.
The driver and passenger of the white commercial truck had minor injuries and released at the scene. The driver of the small sedan was taken to a local hospital via ground ambulance in unknown condition.
