A head on traffic collision overnight in the high desert community of El Mirage resulted in three fatalities and four other injured. The accident occurred around 9:45 PM in the 2600 block of El Mirage Road in unincorporated Adelanto. Three victims were pronounced deceased on scene, two victims were air lifted to trauma centers and two victims were transported by ground, including a 9 year old. The accident occurred in front of the El Mirage Liquor Mart. CHP is handling the investigation.
