WATTS, CALIFORNIA – A dark colored SUV hit a concrete light pole before slamming into a iron fence at the intersection of 103rd St and Alameda St.
The 3 occupants got out of the car uninjured and ran from the scene.
The vehicle was quickly engulfed in flames right after the crash.
LAFD responded and quickly extinguished the fire. Before LAFD arrived
some good Samaritans that had fire extinguishers tried to extinguish the
flames but it got too hot. LAPD Southeast is handling the investigation on
the hit and run.
