YUCCA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA – A deputy tried pulling over a motorcycle ride for an unknown reason. The motorcyclist took off and a chase was started. The suspect dumped the bike and ran on foot. During the foot chase the suspect shot at and hit the deputy. The deputy was transported to an area hospital were he later died. The arriving deputies to the scene shot and killed the suspect.
