SOUH LA, CALIFORNIA – Two males on bikes were struck and thrown off their bikes landing the gutter. While LAFD was working on the victims, peoplehomeless in the area took the men’s bikes. The men might have known the guys who took the bikes. When LLN arrived to the scene, the bikes were on the sidewalk. When we left, they were gone. The driver that hit the men stayed at the scene a spoke with LAPD.
