The drivers of a big rig apparently wasn’t pay attention and collided with a big rig in front at intersection of Knott Ave. & Artesia Blvd in the city of Buena Park. The driver of the red big rig was waiting at the light for it to turn green and as it did he went to turn onto Artesia Blvd but was greeted with a blue big rig travelling at a higher rate of speed and a crash occurred. The driver of the blue big rig who rear ended the other rig was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries and was able to self extricate himself. A large amount of oil was leaking out and was spilling into the nearby storm drain. The other driver was not injured and Buena Park PD is investigating.
