As flames crest a nearby hill, residents on Saddlebow Rd in Bell Canyon watch closely as they prepare to evacuate. The fire is continuing to spread in a southwest direction fueled by strong winds in the area. At the time of this writing the fire has burned upwards of 2,000 acres. Mandatory Evacuations are now in effect for Bell Canyon, Agoura Hills, and Oak Park.
