ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA – An Anaheim police officer was injured after his vehicle was rear ended in the 700 block of S. Beach Blvd. The driver of the other vehicle says he was trying to switch lanes as the officer was stopped in the far right lane. It was unclear if the officer had the lights activated at the time of the crash. The officer was taken to UCI Hospital with a complaint of neck pain. No further details were available and Anaheim police are investigating.
