A rollover traffic accident in Victorville Sunday night sent two patients to trauma centers by air ambulance. The accident occurred around 4:30 PM in the 17800 block of Stoddard Wells Road. According tothe fire radio traffic, one patient was impaled during the accident. First reports had the accident in Apple Valley but a CHP helicopter located the accident in Victorville. Both Apple Valley Fire and Victorville Fire worked to extricate the victims. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
