LA HARBOR, CALIFORNIA – Workers were being released from a night shift when one longshore worker found himself stuck in a crane elevator over 100 feet above the ground. The crane driver made a call to the ILWU bosses and the superintendents of Trac Pac shipping in Wilmington. As of 7:16am the crane driver was still waiting patiently for the LAFD USAR team to bring him down to safety. The crane driver was said to be in good health, but ready to have breakfast. First responders are working on bringing him down off of the crane.
