LA MIRADA, CALIFORNIA – A large encampment fire was first reported as a possible commercial structure fire in the 14500 block of Industry Cir in the city of La Mirada. Just after 11:30 pm units reported a large fire coming from the rear of the building on the train tracks. Firefighters made access to the fire by cutting a perimeter gate of the business and worked quickly to extinguish the flames. The flames came close to nearby tankers on the train tracks which were carrying flammable liquids, however units were able to keep the flames in check. The fire is under investigation and no injuries were reported.
