LA CRESCENTA: Strip Mall Fire Destroys Businesses

Early Sunday Morning, local residents reported flames and smoke coming from a strip mall on Foothill Blvd in the La Crescenta area. LA County firefighters arrived to find flames concentrated inside of a deli at that strip-mall. Firefighters were able to get the upper hand on the blaze within about 15 minutes but damage inside the deli looked extensive. Investigators are en-route to the scene to determine a cause. No injuries were reported.
