DIAMOND BAR, CALIFORNIA – Los Angeles County Fire Department along with California Highway Patrol responded to a traffic collision with a trailer overturned and two horses on the eastbound 60 freeway just before Phillips Ranch Road. The horses were able to make it out safely. Unknown at this time if anyone was hurt or transported.
