SUN VALLEY, CALIFORNIA – CHP And LAFD received a call of a big rig overturned. When units arrived they found a pedestrian in the lanes and was the cause of the crash causing a truck to flip as the driver was trying to avoid the person who was in the lanes. CHP took the man into custody.
