On Thursday evening, October 03, 2019, around 6:21pm the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department along with Cal Fire / Riverside County Fire responded to reports of a shooting near a gas station. Arriving deputies located three males suffering from gunshot wounds and two different crime scene locations. One at a Chevon Gas Station at Iowa Avenue and Center Street and the second on La Cadena Drive, just north of Center Street, where a victim was found fatally shot near a white sedan. According to the Sheriff’s Department, one victim was pronounced deceased at the scene, another suffered major injuries and the third suffered only minor injuries. No further details were immediately available.
