CLAREMONT CA – California Highway Patrol Baldwin Park station and Rancho Cucamonga station started receiving 911 calls of a traffic accident eastbound 10 freeway at Indian Hills Boulevard. Once firefighters arrived on scene they located one victim that was ejected out of the vehicle on the right shoulder and not breathing. Firefighters and paramedics started CPR but pronounced the victim dead on scene. One witness that did not want to go on camera said the vehicle passed him at a high-speed and crashed into the pole and the driver was thrown out of the vehicle. California Highway Patrol had all eastbound lanes closed as they handled their investigation into the fatal accident.
