MEAD VALLEY, CALIFORNIA – On Riverside County Fire Department/Calfire responded to reports of a vegetation fire in a field near the 17100 block of Chico Dr in the incorporated area of Mead Valley. The fire crew arrived at the scene and reported a large vegetation fire with heavy fuel burning in a hillside with a structure being threatened. A 3-Alarm response was issued including aircraft.
