UPLAND – Sometime after 7:30 PM Pomona Pd was in pursuit of a vehicle that eventually got on the eastbound 10 freeway at Dudley St and continued eastbound at high speeds. The Suspect eventually exiting at N Euclid Ave in the city of Upland where he came to a stop. Pomona Pd conducted a traffic stop and took the suspect into custody. When Pomona Officers went to clear the vehicle they noticed some type of chemicals inside the vehicle and immediately evacuated the onramp and called on hazmat.
