HAWTHORNE: Pursuit Ending Standoff

A female who possible did not pay her bill at a local Hawthorne establishment was un-compliant after a short pursuit by Hawthorne Police. The pursuit lasted about 3 minutes before the suspect pulled over but refused to get out. After about 20 minutes police brought in their armored BearCat out and trapped the vehicle from moving. The standoff ended peacefully with the female suspect getting out of the vehicle without incident.
