CORONA, CALIFORNIA (LLN) – California Highway Patrol along with the City of Corona Fire Department and AMR responded to reports of a crash on the 15 Freeway. The two vehicle crash was reported around 10:09pm on the 15 southbound just north of Werick Road. The first arriving engine company reported two vehicles with major damage along with multiple victims injured. A mass casualty incident was declared. The crash sent a total of (8) patients to area hospitals. One in serious condition, three in moderate condition and four with minor injuries. The cause of the crash has yet to be determined.
