Freeway Brush Fire | POMONA, CA 11.11.20

POMONA, CALIFORNIA – November 11, 2020 Los Angeles County Fire Department along with Pomona Pd and California Highway Patrol Baldwin Park Station started receiving multiple 911 calls of a brushfire along the northbound 71 freeway between Rio Rancho Rd and W Mission Boulevard. Once officers arrived on scene they located the brushfire that was on a side street off Hansen Ave and Prospect Dr that parallels the northbound 71 freeway. Once firefighters arrived on scene they located about a half acre brushfire that had spread to some trees. The Los Angeles County Fire Department and knock down within 25 minutes of a call coming out.
