WILMINGTON, CALIFORNIA – A forklift driver was arrested after dropping a shipping trailer in Wilmington Friday night. It’s not clear if he was putting the white trailer on top or if he was taking it down from the stationary orange parked detached trailer. LAFD responded to the scene and determined the scene was safe for heavy tow truck operators to recover the trailer. It took over an hour to get the trailer back on the ground. The forklift driver was tested & arrested for operating the machine under the influence.
