SUN VALLEY – Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 8148 De Garmo Avenue in Sun Valley at 3:35AM. When units arrived they found a multi unit garage that had fire showing from the outside. LAFD knocked down the within 10 min of arriving. during thefire, a fire fighter was cutting a ventilation hole in the roof and almost fell in. His fellow firefighters acted fast and saved him before falling all the way down.
