Fire Truck Crash | CYPRESS, CA 4.21.21

CYPRESS, CALIFORNIA – OCFA Fire Engine 84 was rolling with lights flashing and sirens to a call within their city when an unsuspecting driver who did not hear any sirens and did not see the flashing lights from the firetruck got T-boned at the intersection. The fire engine was in the left turn lane and made a right turn from that lane while the driver of the other vehicle continued into the intersection and the collision occurred. The driver and the passenger were uninjured and no firefighters were injured as well. The Cypress Police at scene investigating say that drugs or alcohol were not a factor. The Cypress Police also advise drivers to be aware of their surroundings and to pull over to a stop when they see emergency vehicles with activated lights and or sirens.
