FOUNTAIN VALLEY – One person has been detained in a active shooter situation at a local Orange County hospital in Fountain Valley where a man shot a flare gun outside the emergency department. The FBI is on scene clearing the suspects RV in the parking lot of the hospital. One witness says she feared for her life as things were unfolding. No further details are available
