JURUPA VALLEY – On August 13, 2020 at approximately 3:00 pm an assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the parking lot of the Jurupa Springs shopping center. One victim is deceased at the scene and the shooting suspect is in custody.
Per corporal Murphy of the Media Information bureau Riverside sheriff it is unknown what the exact circumstances are that lead up to the shooting.
At this time Riverside sheriff’s department is treating this as a homicide investigation.
