BELLFLOWER – A single vehicle crashed into a construction zone working on the 91 freeway killing one of the two people inside the vehicle. The on ramp had one lane closed when the car came off the freeway to the on ramp below. One person was transported and one person was pronounced DOA and was trapped in the vehicle. CHP & CalTrans shut down the on ramp and no injuries to any workers. One worker can be seen in the back of his truck dealing with the situation he witnessed.
